Hi, I’m Amy
Life has a way of inviting us into seasons we never expected. Times of transition, loss, uncertainty, growth, or change can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our relationships, or our sense of direction. At other times, we might want to understand ourselves more deeply, process our experiences, or live with greater intention.
I believe we all carry wisdom that can become difficult to access when life feels overwhelming, demanding, or uncertain. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and create room for what is emerging.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful growth begins with curiosity and self-understanding. My role is to walk alongside you through reflection, mindfulness, practical tools, and thoughtful exploration to deepen insight, navigate challenges, and cultivate what matters most to you.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree in 2005 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 20 years of experience across clinical practice, higher education, organizational leadership, and behavioral health systems. While I also contribute at the community and systems level, I remain deeply committed to direct clinical work and the privilege of sitting with people in their stories of healing, growth, and change.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, caregiving responsibilities, relationship challenges, women's issues, and professional and leadership challenges. I also support individuals exploring questions of identity, purpose, meaning, spirituality, and faith, creating space to reflect on the values, beliefs, and experiences that shape their lives.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: meaningful change begins with being seen, understood, and supported. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you begin exactly where you are.
