Frequently Asked Questions

I offer individual therapy for adults through both in-person sessions in Loveland, Colorado and secure telehealth appointments throughout the state.
-
I am an affiliate provider at Creative Healing Center, located at 3780 N. Garfield Ave, Suite 205 in Loveland, CO.
-
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, life transitions, women’s issues, and the demands of professional and leadership roles.
Sometimes there is a clear challenge to work through. Other times, therapy may be a space to better understand yourself, process your experiences, strengthen your relationships, or reconnect with what matters most to you.
Our work will be guided by your goals, values, and unique circumstances. Together, we may explore patterns that no longer serve you, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, deepen self-understanding, or make space for questions of identity, purpose, meaning, spirituality, and faith.
Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about creating the conditions for greater clarity, healing, connection, and meaningful growth.
-
My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, self-understanding, and your unique goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches including person-centered, strengths-based, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
Together, we may explore patterns, build practical tools, deepen insight, and create space for healing, acceptance, and meaningful change.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and the experiences, relationships, strengths, and supports that help me understand the broader context of your life.
You’ll have space to share at a pace that feels comfortable, and together we’ll begin identifying goals and how I can best support you moving forward.
