Working Together

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Colorado. Because therapy works best when it can be integrated into the realities of your life, virtual sessions offer a flexible and accessible way to receive support from a space that feels comfortable and convenient for you.

  • I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, life transitions, women's issues, and the demands of professional and leadership roles. At other times, there may not be a specific problem to solve. You may simply want to better understand yourself, process your experiences, strengthen your relationships, or reconnect with what matters most to you.

Our work together will be guided by your goals, values, and unique circumstances. Along the way, we may explore patterns that no longer serve you, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, deepen self-understanding, or create space for questions of identity, purpose, meaning, spirituality, and faith. Therapy is not about becoming someone different; it is about creating the conditions for greater clarity, healing, connection, and growth.

  • My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe meaningful change happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship where you can explore your experiences without judgment and gain greater clarity about yourself and your relationships.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches including person-centered, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), and solution-focused therapies, I help clients deepen self-understanding, build practical coping skills, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and intention.

Together, we'll identify what is working, explore opportunities for growth, and make space for healing, acceptance, and meaningful change.

  • You have options!

    • Reach out through the contact form and we can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.

    • If you’d prefer to get scheduled, you can set up your client account and book a first appointment directly through Headway, here.

    • If you are using insurance and want to verify your eligibility and co-pay, you can also do that directly at Headway

  • Because every client and every season of life is different, scheduling is approached collaboratively. I offer flexible appointment times that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain from our work together, and the challenges or experiences that are most relevant to your life right now. I'll ask questions to help me understand you as a whole person, including your relationships, strengths, supports, and any important experiences that provide context for what you're navigating today. You'll also have space to share your story at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we'll begin identifying goals for our work and discuss how I can best support you moving forward.

  • I am an in-network provider through Headway and accept a variety of insurance plans. Through Headway, you can verify your insurance benefits and learn more about your expected costs before scheduling.

For those who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans are not accepted, my standard private-pay rate is $150 per session. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need and availability.
